Zara Hickman
About Zara
Zara Hickman is a therapeutic counsellor who brings a real-life understanding to her practice, alongside a trauma-informed approach that recognises how our experiences can impact the way we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others.
Having worked with people experiencing many difficult life challenges, Zara understands the impact of complex trauma, the many different layers that can sit underneath, and the different ways people may learn to cope, sometimes without realising.
She looks at the whole person, taking time to understand what is happening for you in the here and now, while also exploring the deeper roots that may be contributing to your experiences.
Through this process, Zara creates space for your own inner voice to come through, helping you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need moving forward.
