Nik Ethridge

Nik is an Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist who works with a range of different modalities aimed at helping people make lasting positive changes or overcome issues that hold them back in life.

With over twenty-five years’ experience working in Specialist Community Mental Health and wellbeing services, Nik brings with him a wealth of different approaches including Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, Brainworking Recursive Therapy, Integral Eye Movement Therapy, and Cognitive behavioural therapies, to name a few. By working across many different settings and with many different issues, Nik has a real insight into how to help people to achieve their desired outcomes.

Nik specialises in supporting men’s health and wellbeing; from stress management, personal development, physical, sexual and emotional health, through to overcoming fears or phobias, or issues that may hold them back in life.

Nik's approach is specific to each person's individual needs, has no long waiting lists and appointments can be made without the need for a professional referral. (*exceptions may exist)
