About Jade
Jade is a warm, compassionate and enthusiastic CBT & EMDR Therapist, with over 25 years’ experience working in mental health settings. She offers therapy to all ages either online or face to face in the Bournemouth/Poole area. Jade takes the time to understand each person as an individual, adapting her approach to what feels most helpful and meaningful for them. She has supported people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, low self-esteem, long-term health conditions and challenges associated with neurodivergence such as ADHD and autism.
She offers a welcoming, supportive, non-judgemental space to explore what is happening, at a pace that feels manageable. Her down-to-earth professional approach enables a strong therapeutic relationship to develop helping clients to feel safe, listened to and understood.
Jade uses evidence-based psychological therapies and draws flexibly from different models so she can creatively adapt her approach to meet each person’s individual needs. Her aim is to help clients develop a greater sense of safety, stability and self-understanding, so they can feel stronger, calmer and connected to move forward.
