Therapies offered
David works with a range of psychological therapies and will discuss during your first appointment which may be most helpful for you. He mainly works with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) models. Once an understanding of your difficulties and your goals is agreed, David will support you to explore which approach would be the best fit for you.
