About Jess
Jess is a Clinical Psychologist and uses an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of models to suit each individual client’s needs. Her approach emphasises compassion and collaboration, and she always aims to create a safe space in sessions for clients to reflect, build on strengths and enhance skills to nurture their own wellbeing. She has supported people to work through a range of difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood, grief, low self-esteem and trauma. She has particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, both therapeutically and with undertaking diagnostic assessments for autism and ADHD, and this extends to offering post-diagnostic support where needed.
Therapies offered
Jess has received training and is experienced in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. She is also interested in exploring deeper psychological patterns using parts work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS).
