Sarah offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can talk openly about whatever is going on for them. She understands that starting therapy can feel daunting and aims to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted at their own pace.

Working from a humanistic integrative approach, Sarah sees each person as unique and adapts the way she works to suit individual needs. She believes therapy is not about being told what to do, but about having the space to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Her work is influenced by person-centred therapy, Gestalt, and transactional analysis, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional understanding, and self-compassion. She values honesty, curiosity, and authenticity within the therapeutic relationship and believes meaningful change can happen when people feel genuinely understood.

Sarah works with people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, loss, life transitions, feelings of overwhelm, and more, as well as those simply wanting a space to reflect and reconnect with themselves.
