About Sarah

Sarah is a qualified Clinical Psychologist with over ten years’ experience working across mental and physical health services in the NHS and private sector. She supports adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including those related to anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, loss, life transitions and adjusting to physical health problems.

Sarah is passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences and supporting people to move towards more fulfilling lives. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, offering a safe, non-judgemental space where people can show up just as they are, be met with acceptance, and work at a pace that feels right for them.

Sarah takes a person-centred approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s goals, values, and life context. Her practice is trauma-informed, focusing on fostering self-understanding, supporting empowerment, and helping clients explore new possibilities. She regularly undertakes additional training and engages in clinical supervision to ensure her work remains evidence-informed, reflective, and responsive to the needs of those she supports.

Therapies offered

Sarah offers bespoke, evidence-based psychological therapy, drawing on approaches she has trained in, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Sarah also draws on principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS), and has training in systemic approaches, recognising the importance of relationships, context, and environment in shaping wellbeing.

Sarah provides therapy both online and face-to-face, according to client preference. She welcomes enquiries by email or phone to arrange a free, no-obligation 20-minute video call, providing an opportunity to ask questions and see if her approach feels like a good fit.
